  • Introduced a new concept of Third Zone in Bridgman-Stockbarger technique, for GaSe single crystal growth. Paper published in “Journal of Crystal Growth”, Holland, 1981, this technique has been recognized at International level and suggested to be, renamed as Bridgman–Anis–Stockbarger method.
  • Received, June1995, Karachi University Award, Certificate of Appreciation, on excellent experimental research work published in International Journals.
  • Received award Pak. Rs.5,000/-, September 1995, Karachi University, on published research work.

    Carried out post-doctoral research on dielectric properties. Experimental research work carried out on sand and agricultural soil samples, using Frequency Response Analyzer (FRA) Solatron 1255 in conjunction with Chelsea Dielectric Interface and computer control Chelsea Time Domain Unit Type 120-RC989, at RHBNC University of London, England.
