Introduction:
New Four Years degree is equivalent to old Master's and the holders shall be eligible to get the same jobs.
In Pakistan most of the major Universities have already adopted B.S. four-year degree programs. It was therefore necessary to switch over to four-year program so that our degree could be accredited with other Universities.
In most part of the world the graduation degree is of 16 years not of 14. To bring at par the standard of our graduation with the rest of the world it was necessary to have a sixteen years degree program.
Four years degree program allows University to access the best talent at the initial stages and provide student and opportunity to have a well-rounded education with expertise in the discipline of their own choice.
|
Benefits & Facilities For Students:
The four year degree program enables a student not only to develop strong background in the core subject but it will give a good exposure to multidisciplinary fields of study. Multidisciplinary education and training enhance the educational standard and thought process of a student without sacrificing the depth and detail knowledge of the major subject.
A student shall pay admission fee only once in first year B.S. Program. The tuition fee for all the eight semester shall be the same.
Candidates have a liberty to discontinue their studies after completion of two or three years education. It will be eligible to get B.Sc. Pass or Honours Degree, respectively.

of two semesters (the details are given in the Academic Calendar in
the beginning of this brochure). A student has to complete a total of
18 credit hours during one semester. However, in the Faculty of Pharmacy,
the student has to complete 20 credit hours.
