Ways to Support the Department:

There are many ways to give to the Department of Physics, University
of Karachi. You may specify that your gift be targeted for a specific
program or purpose, or you may leave your gift unrestricted –
to be used where it's needed most.
Gifts can be made in a variety of forms including outright gifts of
cash, securities or through planned giving.

- Friends of Physics Fund
Unrestricted support for the Department of Physics, University of
Karachi. Gifts to this fund support the Department’s research
and educational programs.

- Physics Fund for Excellence
Restricted support for the Department of Physics for Excellence.
|
- In-Kind Gifts
The Department of Physics, University of Karachi welcomes gifts in-kind
including lab equipments, Computer hardware and software, books, journals,
magazines etc. Please contact the Chairman, which you intend to donate
for assistance in making an in-kind gift.

The Department of Physics depends strongly on the generosity of former
students, friends, and colleagues in order to be able to provide scholarships
and fellowships for Graduate and Master students, bring in distinguished
outside speakers, and fund our exciting research programs. We are
very excited by the opportunities we offer our students for lifelong
learning, and know that our research programs in areas ranging from
nanotechnology to entrepreneurship, and from groundbreaking particle
physics to studies of the beginning of the universe are at the forefront
of modern physics. We hope that you will consider a gift to the Department
